Xevrion delivers
The agreed automation, connected workflows, configuration, testing and ongoing optimisation. Your proposal defines the deliverables, supported integrations, operating limits and support scope.
Understand what we deliver, what you provide and what needs to be in place before your service goes live.
Our fees cover the Xevrion implementation and ongoing service described in your proposal. External accounts, infrastructure and third-party charges are separate and supplied by you, unless expressly included in writing.

Mailboxes, sending domains, your website and its hosting, plus any required CRM, data sources, payment account and software subscriptions. Website design, development, hosting and email accounts are not included unless specifically quoted.
Third-party subscriptions, AI/API usage, prospect data, advertising spend and additional infrastructure are separate from our setup and monthly fees. We identify the required tools and estimated costs before activation; paid additions require your approval.
We help you identify what is needed and connect compatible accounts. You retain ownership and billing control of your external services.

The exact checklist depends on your service and existing systems. We request only the access needed; passwords should never be sent through a public enquiry form.
No. You provide the sending mailboxes and domains, a suitable website or destination page, and any advertising accounts and budget required by the agreed strategy. Website creation and paid campaigns are separate work unless your proposal explicitly includes them.
Revenue uses your approved offers, audience criteria, mailboxes and sales systems. Customer Operations uses your support channels, policies and knowledge. Business Operations uses your process rules, business applications and approval owners. Business Intelligence uses authorised data sources, metric definitions and reporting requirements.
Where they support the required access and integration, yes. We assess compatibility first. A tool without suitable API access, permissions or data quality may need an alternative approach or separately scoped work.
Your written proposal sets the included workload, integrations and support. Provider quotas and rate limits still apply. Additional mailboxes, new systems, materially increased volumes or work outside scope are assessed and agreed before paid changes are made. Free provider allowances may change and do not guarantee unlimited capacity.
After the agreed accounts, permissions, content and requirements are available, the workflow has been tested, and you have approved activation. Access delays, incomplete data and third-party restrictions can affect the schedule.
Routine work runs within agreed rules. Exceptions, sensitive decisions, spending changes and work outside those rules are referred for review. Service delivery is through written communication, chat and visuals where useful; calls are not required.
No fixed revenue, lead volume or cost reduction is guaranteed. Results depend on your offer, market, data quality, workload and third-party services. Website calculators show illustrative scenarios, not forecasts or verified customer results.
Your external accounts remain yours. Handover, data export, retention and any transition work are defined in your written agreement. Keep billing and account ownership under your business so access can be managed directly.
