  1. Build the service context. Connect customer systems, approved knowledge, policies and escalation contacts.
  2. Give every customer a clear start. Collect requirements, track onboarding tasks and explain the next step.
  3. Understand each enquiry. Classify incoming text and chat using customer history and service context.
  4. Resolve with approved knowledge. Prepare a relevant answer or route sensitive and uncertain cases for review.
  5. Close the loop. Send the approved response, confirm resolution and keep the customer updated.
  6. Improve the experience. Review response time, answer quality, unresolved cases and customer feedback.

Connections, scope and approval rules are agreed for each customer. This film explains the service design; it does not demonstrate a live deployment or guarantee results.

FOUNDING CLIENT OFFER

Build the first chapter.
With a founding rate.

Founding Client offer: first three customers across all services, subject to availability and an agreed written scope. Monthly price protected for 12 months from service launch; billing begins when the agreed system is live and accepted. Workflows, integrations, workload and support allowance are defined in your proposal. Additional work and external services are charged separately. Tax treatment, start date and any pricing after month 12 are agreed in writing before you commit.

Availability is confirmed in your proposal. No guaranteed revenue, client volume or cost savings.

What could less manual work be worth?

Uses Founding Client fees for the first 12 months after launch and acceptance. External costs are entered separately; taxes are not modelled. Build a business case using your own assumptions. These are editable examples, not predicted results or measured Xevrion performance.

Your monthly scenario

Released time is capacity, not automatically money saved. Set cash conversion to 0% if payroll and external spending stay unchanged.

Capacity released / month
Cash savings before fees / month
Net monthly benefit after recurring costs
First-year net benefit, including setup

Adjust the inputs to explore the scenario.

Includes £1,500/month service fee and £3,000 setup in first-year and payback calculations. Other recurring costs are editable. Tax, financing, ramp-up and additional one-off costs are excluded.

How the calculation works

Released hours = current hours × time removed − additional review hours, floored at zero. Cash savings = released hours × hourly cost × cash-conversion share. If additional review exceeds the time removed, its excess cost is deducted in full. Net monthly benefit subtracts the service fee and other recurring costs. First-year benefit = 12 × net monthly benefit − setup. Payback = setup ÷ positive net monthly benefit; it assumes immediate, steady results.

A scenario can show a loss. Agree a measurable baseline and test the workflow before relying on projected value. Explore the research →
