  1. Map the work. Agree process steps, ownership, system access and approval rules.
  2. Capture a clean request. Structure incoming information and validate required fields before work starts.
  3. Coordinate the systems. Move approved data between connected tools and assign the next task.
  4. Handle the exceptions. Pause incomplete work, request missing input and route consequential decisions.
  5. Verify the outcome. Check completion, reconcile records and retain a traceable activity history.
  6. Make improvement measurable. Compare cycle time, exceptions and manual effort against the agreed baseline.

Connections, scope and approval rules are agreed for each customer. This film explains the service design; it does not demonstrate a live deployment or guarantee results.

FOUNDING CLIENT OFFER

Build the first chapter.
With a founding rate.

Founding Client offer: first three customers across all services, subject to availability and an agreed written scope. Monthly price protected for 12 months from service launch; billing begins when the agreed system is live and accepted. Workflows, integrations, workload and support allowance are defined in your proposal. Additional work and external services are charged separately. Tax treatment, start date and any pricing after month 12 are agreed in writing before you commit.

Availability is confirmed in your proposal. No guaranteed revenue, client volume or cost savings.

What could less manual work be worth?

Uses Founding Client fees for the first 12 months after launch and acceptance. External costs are entered separately; taxes are not modelled. Build a business case using your own assumptions. These are editable examples, not predicted results or measured Xevrion performance.

Your monthly scenario

Released time is capacity, not automatically money saved. Set cash conversion to 0% if payroll and external spending stay unchanged.

Capacity released / month
Cash savings before fees / month
Net monthly benefit after recurring costs
First-year net benefit, including setup

Adjust the inputs to explore the scenario.

Includes £1,850/month service fee and £4,000 setup in first-year and payback calculations. Other recurring costs are editable. Tax, financing, ramp-up and additional one-off costs are excluded.

How the calculation works

Released hours = current hours × time removed − additional review hours, floored at zero. Cash savings = released hours × hourly cost × cash-conversion share. If additional review exceeds the time removed, its excess cost is deducted in full. Net monthly benefit subtracts the service fee and other recurring costs. First-year benefit = 12 × net monthly benefit − setup. Payback = setup ÷ positive net monthly benefit; it assumes immediate, steady results.

A scenario can show a loss. Agree a measurable baseline and test the workflow before relying on projected value. Explore the research →

Review the evidence

How progress
is assessed.

Completion time, repeated manual steps, exception rates and rework. Use a documented baseline rather than estimates presented as proven savings.

Sector focus

Assess the business.
Not just the category.

Primary industries · Finance and property · Transport and storage

These are research-led target sectors, not a list of existing clients. Fit depends on the process, systems, information and business need. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

How your service works

A clear journey.
From input to outcome.

Each step is scoped around your requirements and connected systems. The website illustrates the intended service; live connections and acceptance testing come before launch.

A structured request enters the process. Required information and duplicate checks reduce avoidable rework.

  1. Describe the work

Map the current steps, systems, business rules and responsible owners.

  2. Check the input

Collect required information and flag incomplete or duplicate requests.

  3. Route the next action

Create and assign the agreed tasks, carrying the right context into each handover.

  4. Keep decisions visible

Pause consequential actions for approval and surface failures for review.

  5. Review the result

Measure completion time, manual handling and rework against the starting point.
