For each system, agree which records are read or written, the event that starts the workflow and the expected output. Provider availability and account-plan restrictions must be checked.
Use customer-owned accounts and the minimum access the workflow needs. Keep credentials out of public forms and separate one customer’s context from another’s.
External services can reject requests or become unavailable. Retry only when appropriate, avoid repeating completed actions and send unresolved failures to a visible queue.
Not necessarily. The first step is to assess whether your current systems support the required connections and whether a simpler workflow would meet the need.
No. The required connector, provider permissions and live behaviour must be implemented or verified for your scope before launch.
Our fees cover the Xevrion implementation and ongoing service described in your proposal. External accounts, infrastructure and third-party charges are separate and supplied by you, unless expressly included in writing.
The agreed automation, connected workflows, configuration, testing and ongoing optimisation. Your proposal defines the deliverables, supported integrations, operating limits and support scope.
Mailboxes, sending domains, your website and its hosting, plus any required CRM, data sources, payment account and software subscriptions. Website design, development, hosting and email accounts are not included unless specifically quoted.
Third-party subscriptions, AI/API usage, prospect data, advertising spend and additional infrastructure are separate from our setup and monthly fees. We identify the required tools and estimated costs before activation; paid additions require your approval.
We help you identify what is needed and connect compatible accounts. You retain ownership and billing control of your external services.
