Bottlenecks
Where one thing holds up many.
Marked on the map, with the reason.

| A person who owns a lot | 6 or more parts | Too much rests on one person |
| A tool many jobs depend on | 4 or more jobs | One outage stops a lot of work |
| Data nobody owns | Any | Nobody checks it, cleans it or deletes it |

Questions
About the Business map.
Do we have to draw the map ourselves?
No. It is built from what Xevrion already knows: your team, connected tools, automations, reports, customers and security checks. You add what it cannot see, such as a job done on paper.
Where do the costs and hours come from?
Only from a record or from a person. Nothing is invented: a part with no known cost shows none, and the totals say how many parts they cover.
Does a what-if change anything?
No. It works on a copy of the map and compares before and after: hours a week, cost a month, average risk, bottlenecks and the flows that would break. It is an estimate from the map's own numbers, and says so.
