About Automations.
Do I need to know how to build automations?
No. Describe the work as you would to a colleague and choose a few options, such as which tools it uses and who approves. Xevrion AI designs the rest, and you read every step before anything runs.
What if Xevrion AI gets it wrong?
Every design passes the same checks, whoever wrote it. If Xevrion AI is not available, or its design fails a check, a sound design is built from the library and your choices instead, and the page says so. You can edit any step, and a dry run shows what each step would do before anything is real.
Can an automation send or pay on its own?
Only as far as you allow. A person approves before anything leaves your business or touches money, and with four eyes switched on, money needs two people. A changed design always goes back to draft, so it is approved again.
Which tools can it use?
The tools in the app directory. Each one is marked honestly: connect it today, or planned. A design can name a planned tool, and says so before you approve it.
