Zendesk and Xevrion
Connect Zendesk with your own account. Xevrion reads tickets and, only if you allow it, can create tickets.
It lets Xevrion use Zendesk in Customer Operations. Access: reads and writes. Ticket creation passes an Idempotency-Key to Zendesk, so a retry never creates a duplicate.

Worth knowing
Ticket creation passes an Idempotency-Key to Zendesk, so a retry never creates a duplicate.
- You sign in on Zendesk's own page; Xevrion never sees your password.
- Read and write are separate permissions, and you can connect read-only.
- The credential is sealed in a separate secret store, never kept in the application database.
- Every write is idempotent and logged, and an unclear outcome is reconciled rather than retried.
- Disconnect at any time from your portal.
Questions
About Zendesk.
What can Xevrion see in Zendesk?
Only tickets; users, within the permissions you approve.
Can Xevrion change anything in Zendesk?
Only with write permission: create tickets; add comments. Every change carries an idempotency key, so a retry can never create a duplicate, and is logged.
How do I disconnect Zendesk?
From the Integrations page in your portal. Disconnecting revokes the connection straight away, and cancelling your subscription revokes every connection automatically.
