Intercom and Xevrion
Connect Intercom with your own account. Xevrion reads contacts and, only if you allow it, can create contacts.
It lets Xevrion use Intercom in Customer Operations. Access: reads and writes. UK and EU workspaces are usually hosted in Intercom's EU region; Xevrion connects to the right one.

UK and EU workspaces are usually hosted in Intercom's EU region; Xevrion connects to the right one.
- You sign in on Intercom's own page; Xevrion never sees your password.
- Read and write are separate permissions, and you can connect read-only.
- The credential is sealed in a separate secret store, never kept in the application database.
- Every write is idempotent and logged, and an unclear outcome is reconciled rather than retried.
- Disconnect at any time from your portal.

What can Xevrion see in Intercom?
Only contacts; conversations, within the permissions you approve.
Can Xevrion change anything in Intercom?
Only with write permission: create contacts; reply to conversations. Every change carries an idempotency key, so a retry can never create a duplicate, and is logged.
How do I disconnect Intercom?
From the Integrations page in your portal. Disconnecting revokes the connection straight away, and cancelling your subscription revokes every connection automatically.
