Other email (IMAP/SMTP) and Xevrion
Connect Other email (IMAP/SMTP) with your own account. Xevrion reads messages in the mailbox you connect, such as a shared inbox and, only if you allow it, can send approved email through your SMTP server.
It lets Xevrion use Other email (IMAP/SMTP) in Revenue, Customer Operations. Access: reads and writes. For providers other than Google and Microsoft, and for shared inboxes.

- You sign in on Other email (IMAP/SMTP)'s own page; Xevrion never sees your password.
- Read and write are separate permissions, and you can connect read-only.
- The credential is sealed in a separate secret store, never kept in the application database.
- Every write is idempotent and logged, and an unclear outcome is reconciled rather than retried.
- Disconnect at any time from your portal.

Only with write permission: send approved email through your SMTP server. Every change carries an idempotency key, so a retry can never create a duplicate, and is logged.
How do I disconnect Other email (IMAP/SMTP)?
