Preparing your tools and data

What to check before onboarding so your first connections work first time.

List the tools that hold the problem

Write down where the information for your first goal lives: your inbox, your CRM, your support desk, your accounting software. Those are the tools to connect first; your plan allows 3, 12 or 50.

Make sure the right person can sign in

Each connection is made by someone who can sign in to that tool and approve access for your organisation. For Microsoft 365, that may be your IT administrator; for Xero, someone with access to the right organisation.

Decide read or write for each tool

Every tool can be connected read-only. Give write access only where Xevrion needs to act, for example creating tickets in Zendesk or draft invoices in Xero. Sending email is always a separate permission.

Expect a data-quality report

Xevrion checks duplicates, gaps and inconsistencies before relying on your data, and shows you what it found. Fixing the worst issues early makes every later result more reliable.
